Get one-on-one attention while you develop or refine your practice! Private sessions can be in-person or virtual via Zoom, but will invariably be tailored to your specific needs and abilities. Practicing in your own space can be very freeing, so I offer virtual group classes via Zoom. I will guide you through an intelligently-sequenced practice towards the ultimate goal of integration of body, mind, and spirit. Plenty of variations are always available!

Meditation Instruction

Learning to meditate can give you access to a powerful tool for maintaining your equanimity in the face of difficult circumstances. I can tailor a meditation practice to your needs and preferences. Book online or contact me!

 

Pranayama/Breathwork Instruction

The breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. Learning to use the breath to access nervous system response allows you to gain control over how life's challenges affect you. We will customize your practice to fit your individual circumstances.
